747 Smoke Evacuation Test
A Smoke Test done on a Boeing 747-400F shows that current systems and procedures are not sufficient in dealing with continuous smoke sources. Smoke events such as those involved in the recent 747-400 that crashed in Dubai on September 3rd, may have been the principal cause of the disaster.
